TEREX TELELECT IS RECALLING 60 30,000 LB BUMPER WINCHES INSTALLED BY TEREX TELELECT FROM JANUARY 2003 THROUGH OCTOBER 2008 IN CERTAIN UTILITY TRUCKS. THE WINCHES WERE INSTALLED TO FACILITATE WORKING ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION LINES BOTH ON AND OFF ROAD. THESE WINCHES MAY BE EQUIPPED
