HERCULES HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA ABOUT A DEFECT IN CERTAIN HERCULES TERRA TRAC SUV TIRES, SIZE 245/70R17, PRODUCED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15 AND DECEMBER 12, 2009. THESE TIRES FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 139, "NEW PNEUMATIC RADIAL TIRES FOR LIGHT VEHICLES."
