BENDIX IS RECALLING CERTAIN ATR-6 TRACTION RELAY VALVES PRODUCED FROM DECEMBER 2, 2010, THROUGH JANUARY 18, 2012. THE VALVES WERE SOLD AS AFTERMARKET SERVICE PARTS AND INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT BY VARIOUS VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS. DUE TO A DESIGN MODIFICATION, IN EXTREMELY COLD CONDITIONS, INTE
