CARLISLE BRAKE AND FRICTION COMPANY IS RECALLING CERTAIN HYDRASTAR AND HYDRASTAR XL TRAILER BRAKE ACTUATORS PRODUCED FROM OCTOBER 5, 2011, THROUGH DECEMBER 9, 2011. ONE OF THE ROTATING COMPONENTS IN THE HYDRAULIC PUMP MISSED A HEAT TREAT OPERATION CAUSING THE ACTUATOR TO WEAR AT A HIGHER THAN NORMAL
