TRANS TECH IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 THROUGH 2011 SCHOOL BUSES MANUFACTURED FROM MAY 2010 THROUGH JULY 2011EQUIPPED WITH A C. E. WHITE SEAT CUSHION. THE SELF-LATCHING MECHANISM USED TO RETAIN THE SEAT CUSHION TO THE FRAME MAY NOT ACTIVATE. ACCORDINGLY, THESE SEATS FAIL TO CONFORM TO TH
