MO TRAILERS CORPORATION (MO TRAILERS) IS RECALLING THREE MODEL YEAR 2011 39 VS AND 41 VS TRAILERS, EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC (E/H) BRAKE ACTUATOR PUMPS. TWO ADDITIONAL AFFECTED ACTUATORS WERE SOLD AS RETAIL PARTS SALES. SOME OF THESE PUMPS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY HEAT TREATED. THIS COND
