Vactor Manufacturing (Vactor) is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 HXX and Guzzler vacuum trucks equipped with an Alkota water heater. These trucks were not equipped with an oil primary control. If the burner for the water heater fails to ignite normally, fuel can accumulate in the water heat
