GMAX Helmet LLC (GMAX) is recalling certain GM78 Fullface helmets, size medium, manufactured between March 2012 and April 2014. The affected helmets may not adequately protect a user in the event of a crash. As such, these helmets fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safet
