Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain model year 2017 Quantum RQ29 motorhomes manufactured June 27, 2016, to September 29, 2016. The affected vehicles may be missing a mid-ship marker light. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Systems
