Kiel N.A., L.L.C (Kiel) is recalling certain Avance 2025, 2050 and 1030 passenger seats for motorcoaches. The mounting point of the seat belt retractor for the last row of seats may cause the seat belts retractors to not function properly. This applies to rear cross seat chassis part number 171731
