Motor Coach Industries (MCI) is recalling certain 2019 D45CRT-LE coaches. The seat belt retractors installed in the last row of the passenger seats may not function properly, preventing them from being used. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safe
