THE INVOLVED TIRES MAY NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". AS A RESULT, THE TREAD COULD SEPARATE FROM THE CARCASS IN THE SHOULDER AREA OF THE TIRE WHILE IN SERVICE.
