THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE HIGH SPEED REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". THESE TIRES MAY DEVELOP TREAD OR BELT SEPARATIONS DUE TO INADEQUATE ADHESION PROPERTIES OF THE STEEL REINFORCING BELTS, IN COMBINATION WITH TIRE TEMPERATURES GENERATED
