A SHORT CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR IN THE MANUALLY OPERATED CHOKE OVERRIDE MECHANISM. THIS COULD CAUSE THE OVERRIDE MECHANISM HOUSING AND OUTER COVER OF THE CHOKE CABLE TO MELT AND BURN.
