Hazard / Issue

A WIRING ADAPTER HARNESS WAS MISTAKENLY INSTALLED ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES. THIS RESULTS IN DEACTIVATION OF THE WHEEL ANTI-LOCK SYSTEM ON THE FRONT STEERING AXLE, AND CONSEQUENTLY FAILS TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS".
