THE INVOLVED VEHICLES FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS", IN THAT A 3/8-INCH DIAMETER RED SYNFLEX TUBING WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. THE TUBING MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED SO THAT THE TWO AIR RESERVOIRS ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED AND BOTH RESERVOIRS WOULD BE
