THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS WHICH DO NOT COMPLETELY CUT OFF THE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLIED TO THE TRAILER BRAKES AND BRAKE LIGHTS WHEN PRESSURE IS REMOVED FROM THE TOWING VEHICLE BRAKE PEDAL. THE USE OF A CONTROLLER WHICH EXHIBITS THIS DEFECT MAY RESULT IN THE TRAILER BRAKE
