THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO.109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". THE TIRES MAY FAIL IN SERVICE DUE TO SEPARATION IN THE BEAD AREA ADJACENT TO THE RIM.
