THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". THIS IS DUE TO TREAD SEPARATIONS THAT MAY DEVELOP UNDER HIGH SPEED DRIVING CONDITIONS.
