AN AXLE "NO BRAKE" CONDITION COULD RESULT FROM AN EATON CONTROLLER INTERNAL ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION. THIS CONDITION MAY CAUSE THE ANTI-WHEEL LOCK VALVE SOLENOID TO BE CONTINUOUSLY ENERGIZED AND PREVENT THE BRAKES FROM BEING APPLIED ON ONE OF THE AXLES.
