THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 123, "MOTORCYCLE CONTROLS AND DISPLAYS". THESE VEHICLES WERE DELIVERED WITH FUEL SHUT-OFF VALVES WHICH DO NOT HAVE THE VALVE POSITIONS ("ON", "OFF" AND "REVERSE") PROPERLY LABELED. ALSO, CERTAIN VEHICLES MAY HAVE INCOR
