THESE VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS". THESE VEHICLES WERE BUILT WITH AN INCORRECT RESISTOR BOARD IN THE EATON CONTROLLER ON THE WHEEL LOCK CONTROL VALVE.
