THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH POWER UNIT ANTI-SKID LOGIC MODULES ON TAG AXLE INSTALLATIONS INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT TRAILER TYPE MODULES.
