THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE HIGH SPEED REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". THE NON-CONFORMITY EXISTS BECAUSE THESE TIRES DEVELOPED SEPARATIONS IN THE SHOULDER AREA DURING USAGE.
