TIRES MAY NOT COMPLY WITH STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". THE NON-COMPLIANCE IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE USE OF A FABRIC IN THE TOP PLY OF THE BODY WHICH WAS LOWER IN STRENGTH THAN SPECIFIED.
