ALSO, INADEQUATE WELD MAY ALLOW SEPARATION OF THE MOUNTING PLATE FROM THE CROSSMEMBER. DETACHED MOUNTING PLATES COULD RESULT IN CANTING (SLANTING) OF THE TIR
