UPON RELEASING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE FOOT IDLE CONTROL DEVICE THROTTLE LEVER MAY BIND ON THE ACTUATOR MOUNTING BRACKET DUE TO INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE. THIS WILL CAUSE THE CARBURETOR THROTTLE TO FAIL TO RETURN TO THE IDLE POSITION.
