THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS ON THE AFFECTED VEHICLES PROVIDE LESS THAN THE REQUIRED TORQUE, CAUSING A SLUGGISH RETURN OF THE THROTTLE TO THE IDLE POSITION AFTER THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED.
