ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES, THE SELF LOCKING NUTS THAT CONNECT THE LOWER STEERING COLUMN SHAFT TO THE FLEXIBLE COUPLING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY TIGHTENED. THESE NUTS CAN COME LOOSE.
