TIRES MAY DEVELOP A SEPARATION OF THE REINFORCING PLIES AND RUBBER COMPOUND IN THE SIDEWALL AREA. TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE HIGH SPEED REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES".
