CERTAIN WELDED JOINTS MAY HAVE WEAKNESSES AND MAY NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 221, "SCHOOL BUS BODY JOINT STRENGTH". IMPROPER WELDS MAY ALLOW SECTIONS OF THE FLOOR
