CERTAIN WIND CONDITIONS CAN CAUSE A DOWN DRAFT AND CREATE A SLIGHT POSITIVE PRESSURE AT THE WATER HEATER FLUE GAS OUTLET. THIS MAY CAUSE A FLAME REVERSAL TO OCCUR FROM THE BURNER TUBE IN THE COMPARTMENT BETWEEN THE WATER HEATER AND THE COMBUSTION PAN.
