BRAKE AIR LINES WERE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. THE BRAKE AIR LINES FROM THE BULKHEAD FITTINGS TO A TWO-WAY VALVE AND TO A RELAY VALVE WHICH FEEDS THE PARK BRAKE AND SERVICE BRAKES WERE INADVERTENTLY REVERSED DURING INSTALLATION.
