INCORRECT BUDD WHEELS OF A LOWER THAN REQUIRED LOAD RATING WERE INSTALLED ON SOME TRUCKS. THE INSTALLATION OF THESE WHEELS CAUSES THE FIRE TRUCKS TO BE IN NONCOMPLIANCE WITH FMVSS 120 AND MAY FAIL DURING USE.
