FMVSS 121 REQUIRES THAT THE AIR OPERATED OIL LINE TO THE WET AIR PRESSURE TANK CONTAIN AN AUTOMATIC HIGH PRESSURE VALVE TO PROTECT THE BRAKE AIR LINES. THIS PRESSURE VALVE WAS OMITTED.
