SEAT BELT MAY LOOSEN WHEN EXTENDED COMPLETELY FROM THE NON-LOCKING RETRACTOR, EVEN THOUGH IT IS BUCKLED AND ADJUSTED SNUGLY. THIS ALLOWS THE FREE END OF THE BELT TO CREEP BACK INTO THE RETRACTOR WITHOUT WARNING.
