MISMACHINING OF LOWER CRANKCASE HAS CAUSED THE OIL FILTER CASE TO BE POSITIONED INCORRECTLY. THIS MISALIGNMENT STRESSES THE OIL AND WATER PUMPS AND COULD CAUSE ONE OR THE OTHER TO FAIL.
