THE UNIVERSAL JOINTS AT EACH END OF THE STEERING SHAFT ARE ATTACHED TO THE SHAFT WITH A KEY AND SET SCREW. THE SET SCREWS MAY LOOSEN AND ALLOW THE KEY TO FALL OUT OF PLACE.
