THE PRIMARY HOOD LATCH CAN RELEASE WHEN VEHICLE IS DRIVEN IN THE CONDITION OF HIGH WIND GUSTS. THE PRIMARY HOOD LATCH FAILURE WILL ALSO CAUSE THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH TO FAIL SIMULTANEOUSLY.
