TOW BAR CAN DEVELOP CRACKS IN THE CENTER PLATE MOUNTING WHERE THE TWO LEGS ARE ATTACHED. THE CRACKING IS CAUSED BY METAL FATIGUE IN A POTENTIALLY WEAK PART OF THE TOW BAR.
