(2) THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS BRANDED INCORRECTLY (140 PSI INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT 120 PSI) AND (3) THE LETTERS "DOT" WERE NOT BRANDED BEFORE THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE TIRE AS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL TIRE S
