ONE OR MORE OF THE BOLTS MOUNTING THE STEERING RACK TO THE CHASSIS OF THE VEHICLE MAY HAVE BEEN STRETCHED, DUE TO OVER TORQUING IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS, CAUSING SOME OF THE BOLTS TO LOOSEN.
