STRAY VOLTAGE INDUCED ON THE POWER TAKEOFF (PTO) SIGNAL CIRCUIT 510 MAY OCCUR WHEN THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE (ECM) CONNECTOR GETS WET, CAUSING UNINTENDED ENGINE ACCELERATION.
