THE BRAKE PEDAL LINKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THE SERVICE BRAKE VALVE PUSHROD WITH A CLEVIS PIN. THE TWO COTTER PINS THAT RETAIN THE CLEVIS PIN MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED DURING ASSEMBLY.
