THE CAR DOLLY WHEELS WERE INSTALLED WITH 90 DEGREE CONE LUG NUTS INSTEAD OF 60 DEGREE CONE LUG NUTS. THE LUG NUTS DO NOT SEAT PROPERLY IN THE WHEEL HOLES AND CAN BECOME LOOSE.
