THE BOLT WHICH ATTACHES THE REAR SUSPENSION TORQUE ROD TO THE AXLE BRACKET RESTRICTS THE MOVEMENT OF THE OUTSIDE BRAKE PAD, RESULTING IN ONLY THE INSIDE BRAKE PAD CONTACTING THE ROTOR.
