INCORRECT LP GAS HOSES WERE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE LPG TANK AND THE LPG PRESSURE REGULATORS. THESE HOSES ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE AT THE PRESSURE AT WHICH THEY ARE OPERATING AND MAY RUPTURE.
