A 2" BALL WAS TO BE WELDED TO A STEEL BAR AS WELL AS THE NUT FOR THE BALL WELDED TO THE SHANK. SOME VEHICLES WERE NOT PROPERLY WELDED ALLOWING THE NUT TO COME OFF.
