METRIC GRADE 8.8 BOLTS WERE MIXED IN INVENTORY WITH METRIC GRADE 10.9 BOLTS. INCORRECT GRADE BOLTS (8.8) WERE USED IN ATTACHING THE 710 SAGINAW STEERING GEAR TO THE FRAME.
