THE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM WAS MANUFACTURED HAVING AIR BRAKE PRESSURE RELEASE TIMES OF APPROXIMATELY 1.5 SECONDS. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
